  • You can refer multiple friends who are new to Shoparachi.
  • Each referral generates a unique referral link, ensuring you're rewarded when your friend makes a purchase.
  • Upon your referred friend's purchase, you'll receive a one-time $25 discount code for your next order, requiring a minimum spend of $199.
  • These discount codes cannot be combined and must be redeemed in a single transaction.
  • The Refer-a-Friend program has a maximum cap of 100 discount codes per participant.

For Referred Friends:

  • Join Shoparachi via the Refer-A-Friend program if you're new to their platform.
  • You'll qualify for a $25 discount on your inaugural order, with a minimum spend of $199, when you sign up using a unique Refer-A-Friend link.

Additional Information:

  • Discount codes hold no cash value and must be utilised in a single transaction.
  • Should a referred friend cancel their initial order, rewards granted to the referring customer will be revoked.
  • Shoparachi reserves the right to scrutinize, authenticate, and reject orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
  • The Refer-a-Friend initiative operates in accordance with Shoparachi's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for participating in Shoparachi's Referral Program (the “Program")! The Program allows users (the “Advocates”) to share an offer (“Offer”) by using a personalised link that Advocates share with their friends (the “Friends”). Subject to these Offer Terms, and as described below, Advocates and Friends will be able to obtain an online coupon code (“Reward Code”) that they can redeem with Shoparachi.

By participating in the Program, you, as an Advocate or Friend, as the case may be (collectively, “You”), agree to enter into these Offer Terms with Shoparachi. Your participation in the Program is also subject to your consent to be bound by the Shoparachi Referral Program Terms of Service (below), which are entered into by and between You and Shoparachi Inc.

1. Introduction and Definitions

  • The Program allows users (the “Advocates”) to share an offer (“Offer”) by using a personalised link that Advocates share with their friends (the “Friends”).
  • "You" refers to Advocates and Friends participating in the Program.

2. Agreement to Terms

  • By participating in the Program, You agree to these Offer Terms with Shoparachi.
  • Your participation is also subject to the Shoparachi Referral Program Terms of Service.

3. Qualifying Purchases and Reward Codes

  • Advocates share personalised links allowing Friends to obtain Reward Codes redeemable with Shoparachi.
  • Reward Codes are earned by Advocates when their Friends make a Qualifying Purchase.
  • A Qualifying Purchase may require a minimum spend.
  • Reward Codes are distributed via email after approval by Shoparachi.
  • Advocates may earn up to 100 Reward Codes in 30 days or 100 Reward Codes in total.
  • Only one Reward Code per Friend, and Reward Codes cannot be combined with other discount codes.
  • Advocates cannot refer themselves to earn a Reward Code.
  • Advocates must disclose to Friends that they will receive a reward if the Friend makes a Qualifying Purchase.
  • Shoparachi may impose limits on Offer sharing by Advocates.

4. Rights of Shoparachi

  • Shoparachi reserves the right to refuse to issue or redeem Reward Codes at any time.
  • Shoparachi may vary elements of an Offer without notice.
  • Shoparachi may prevent individuals from participating in promotions.
  • Offers cannot be applied to previous purchases and are not redeemable for cash.

5. Advocate and Friend Relationship

  • Advocates sharing personalised links with Friends will be considered Advocates.
  • Shoparachi solely provides services facilitating participation in the Program and is not liable for damages resulting from participation.

These terms and conditions apply to Shoparachi's Referral Program and govern the relationship between You and Shoparachi.
